this is part of my hard soft geometry series. it's a series i've been working on for years, rooted in my love of form. there's a tension in the work between geometric structure and soft curved planes. i'm continually searching for the balance between the two. to me they feel like masculine and feminine energies, not in opposition, but in harmony. the forms draw from sacred geometry, a language that feels real beyond human subjectivity. carved from a single piece of monkey pod wood.
