this is one of my first sets of modular pieces. they can be taken apart and rearranged in different ways. it’s something i’ve been thinking about for a long time, and this is the beginning of bringing it to life. it’s not perfect, but it feels like the start of something special. part of the future primitive series and also the portal buddies.  each carved from a single piece of monkey pod wood.
